CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal led the wreath-laying ceremony at the monument of Dr. Jose Rizal as a young boy at the Museo ni Jose Rizal (Bahay ni Rizal) on Friday, June 19, 2026, as the city commemorated the 165th birth anniversary of the Philippines’ national hero.
